Sodium Diisobutyl Dithiophosphate
Description: Sodium Diisobutyl Dithiophosphate is a high-efficiency mineral processing collector. This product appears as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid, with the content of its active ingredient, sodium diisobutyl dithiophosphate, stably ranging between 49% and 53%, and it possesses excellent chemical stability and reaction activity. As an important flotation reagent, isobutyl sodium aerofloat is widely used in the beneficiation process of non-ferrous metal sulfide ores, especially showing excellent performance in the flotation separation of sulfide ores of metals such as gold, silver, copper and zinc.

Performance and Application:
1. Sodium Diisobutyl Dithiophosphate has excellent selective collecting capacity for sulfide minerals such as gold, silver, copper and zinc. Its molecular structure can be efficiently adsorbed on the surface of target minerals, enhancing the hydrophobicity of the minerals, significantly improving the attachment probability and firmness between mineral particles and bubbles, thus increasing the recovery rate of useful minerals.
2.In the alkaline pulp system, this reagent has a weak collecting effect on pyrite and exhibits good selective inhibition characteristics, which can effectively reduce the interference of pyrite on the flotation of target minerals and is conducive to obtaining concentrate products with higher grades.
3. Sodium Diisobutyl Dithiophosphate has low foaming performance, which can maintain the stability of the flotation foam phase, avoid problems such as bubble coalescence and tank overflow caused by excessive foam, ensure the stability of the hydrodynamic environment during the separation process, and improve the mineral processing efficiency.
Advantages:
1. It has a good collecting effect on gold ores and silver, copper and zinc sulfide ores.
2. In an alkaline pulp environment, it has good selectivity for pyrite, which can reduce the interference of pyrite on target ores.
3. It has weak foaming property, which can avoid the impact of excessive foaming on the process and efficiency of mineral processing operations.
