8103 is a copolymer of acrylamide and cationic monomers. It appears as white amorphous granules and has good solubility and electrolytic properties. Its molecular chain contains positively charged groups, which can effectively flocculate negatively charged suspended particles and colloidal substances through electro-neutralization and adsorption bridging effects. The effective content of this product is no less than 88%. Under the condition of 25℃, the viscosity of a 1% aqueous solution is between 2500 and 4500 mPa·s. It has a relatively low cationic degree and a wide range of applications. The pH value adaptation range is 2 to 9, and its chemical properties are relatively stable.

Performance & Applications:
1. As an efficient flocculant, cationic PAM is widely used in urban sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering and various solid-liquid separation processes. Its molecular chains can rapidly adsorb suspended particles in water, forming larger flocs, accelerating sedimentation and clarification, significantly improving the effluent quality and reducing the load on subsequent treatment.
2. In the papermaking industry, this product can be used as a dry strength agent, which can significantly enhance the physical strength of paper, improve the bursting strength, tear resistance and tensile strength of the finished paper. As a retention and filtration aid, it can enhance the retention rate of fine components and fillers, reduce raw material loss, and at the same time optimize the white water circulation system and lower the wastewater discharge load.
3. This product is also applicable to the wastewater treatment processes in industries such as food processing, petrochemicals, metallurgy, dyeing and printing, and sugar making. It particularly demonstrates excellent flocculation effects on wastewater with high organic colloid content, high turbidity, and difficult sedimentation. It also has a good ability to decolorize and remove turbidity when treating oily wastewater and dye wastewater.
Advantages:
1. Provides excellent flocculation, fast settling speeds, operates over a reasonably wide pH range, and is straightforward to use.
2. Can be used in combination with inorganic coagulants often reducing overall chemical consumption, improving combined flocculation efficiency, and offering good economic and environmental adaptability.
3. In papermaking applications, it integrates multiple functions such as strengthening, retention assistance and filtration assistance, with outstanding comprehensive performance.
