Description:
M7012 is a new generation high-efficiency composite flotation frother, which appears as a reddish-brown liquid. This product has a boiling point above 100°C, a flash point exceeding 70°C, and a density maintained within the range of 0.96-1.12g/cm³. This type of frother possesses excellent foaming performance and foam control capability. As an important flotation auxiliary agent, M7012 significantly reduces gas-liquid interfacial tension, stabilizes bubble structure, and provides an ideal gas-liquid-solid three-phase interface for mineral separation. It is widely used in the flotation processes of various non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals.

Performance and Applications:
1. M7012 frother has excellent foaming performance, capable of forming bubble groups with uniform size and moderate stability. These bubbles have appropriate surface viscosity and elasticity, providing sufficient attachment interface for mineral particles, significantly improving flotation efficiency and processing capacity, making it particularly suitable for treating fine-grained and ultra-fine-grained minerals.
2. The foam generated by this product has good brittleness and easy defoaming characteristics. It can maintain a stable foam layer thickness during the flotation process, avoiding problems such as tank overflow and spillage caused by excessive foam. The foam can quickly break after reaching the flotation cell overflow weir, facilitating subsequent concentration and filtration operations, thereby improving overall mineral processing efficiency.
3. M7012 frother has strong adaptability to changes in pulp pH value and temperature fluctuations, maintaining stable foaming performance in acidic, neutral, and alkaline environments. This characteristic enables it to adapt to various ore properties and flotation process conditions, especially demonstrating outstanding performance in the flotation of complex polymetallic ores.
