Description:
M7022 frother represents a new-generation high-efficiency compound blowing agent, appearing as a reddish-brown liquid. With a boiling point exceeding 100°C and a flash point above 70°C, its density ranges between 0.96 and 1.12 g/cm³. This foaming agent delivers exceptional bubble generation and foam control capabilities. As a key flotation auxiliary, M7022 significantly reduces gas-liquid interfacial tension and stabilizes bubbles, making it ideal for mineral separation at the gas-liquid-solid interface. It is widely applicable in flotation processes for various non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals.

Performance and Applications:
1. Exhibits outstanding foaming capacity, generating uniformly sized bubbles with moderate stability. These bubbles possess suitable surface viscosity and elasticity, providing adequate adhesion interfaces for mineral particles, thereby significantly improving flotation efficiency and processing capacity—particularly effective for fine and ultra-fine mineral particles.
2. Produces foam with appropriate brittleness and easy breakage characteristics. During flotation, it maintains stable foam layer thickness, preventing issues such as cell overflow caused by excessive foam. Bubbles rupture rapidly after reaching the flotation cell overflow weir, facilitating subsequent concentration and filtration operations.
3. Demonstrates strong adaptability to slurry pH variations and temperature fluctuations, maintaining stable foaming performance in acidic, neutral, and alkaline environments. This enables compatibility with diverse ore properties and flotation conditions, especially effective in complex polymetallic ore flotation.
4. Shows excellent synergy with various collectors and modifiers without interfering with their performance. Operates reliably in complex reagent systems, enhancing overall flotation system stability.
Advantages:
1. Excellent foaming performance with stable, easily adjustable foam structure meeting specific flotation process requirements.
2. Moderately brittle foam enables easy breakdown without adversely affecting downstream processes.
3. Wide applicability across non-ferrous, ferrous, and non-metallic mineral flotation operations.
